All of the WISe Workforce Collaborative offerings are a result of a dynamic partnership between the Health Care Authority, En Route, LLC , family, youth, and system representatives.
FOR NEW WISe PRACTITIONERS:
The WISe Introductory training is a combination of six online video modules and a two-day, in-person training. The training is designed to educate WISe practitioners who have been hired to serve and support youth, families and their teams through the WISe process and principles. The WISe practitioner roles are Care Coordinator, Therapist, Family Partner and/or Youth Partner.
*** All WISe staff, as well as their supervisors, are required to complete the online modules and the WISe 2-Day Introductory Training in order to receive a certificate. ***
